Peter is currently a Principal Quality Engineer with a major medical device company in Fort Worth, TX. During his over twenty years in the medical device industry, he has developed and commercialized various medical devices both reusable and disposable. He has transferred from user needs and requirements into engineering specifications and performance requirements, conducted various risk analyses and assessments, developed numerous test and inspection methods, performed different variety of manufacturing process qualification and validation, and conducted many design verification and validation tests.
Peter has received his M.S. in mechanical engineering and M.S. in industrial engineering from Arizona State University and University of Missouri – Columbia respectively. He is a certified Quality Engineer, Reliability Engineer, and Quality Auditor by American Society for Quality (ASQ). Prior to coming to the United States, Peter had worked for three years as an assistant professor in Nanjing Forestry University in Nanjing, China after receiving a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Nanjing Institute of Chemical Technology (currently Nanjing Industry University).
